Collection: Weeping Trees

A weeping tree is a one-plant garden moment. The cascading habit slows down the eye, softens hard architectural lines, and almost always becomes the photograph anyone takes of the yard. Choose the right weeper for the right spot and you'll have a focal point that earns its keep year after year.

This collection gathers our weeping selections together, from delicate weeping Japanese maples and the elegant heartbreaker weeping redbud to the long-lived weeping white birch, weeping Canadian hemlock, weeping cherries, and other cascading specimens that pass through the nursery seasonally. Some prefer full sun, some need shelter, all reward thoughtful placement.

Use them as a soft accent at the corner of a deck, as a centerpiece in a small front garden, or as the slow-moving punctuation at the end of a long path. We can help you size and place them, and our Plant Spacing Calculator can keep companion plantings in scale.
