Hold Policy

We are happy to hold plants for you. However, due to the extra time it takes to remove plants from our main sales area and care for them in our holding area, an additional holding fee may be required for longer holds.

In-Store Holds

For customers who purchase plants on site and ask us to hold them.

  • We will hold items up to one week free of charge for customers who purchase plants on site and need some time to pick them up. These plants must be paid for before we place the hold. (For example: you don't have a vehicle that will fit the plants today.)
  • After 1 week of holding and caring for your plants, we require a $10 holding fee for the second week.
  • For the third week and each additional week after that, an additional $10 holding fee applies per week.

Call-In Holds

For customers who call in and ask us to hold plants.

  • We will hold prepaid plants up to one full business day free of charge. (For example: if you call on Tuesday, we will hold your plants through the end of Wednesday at no cost.)
  • After that first business day, we require a $3 holding fee for up to one additional week.
  • After the first full week, we require a $10 holding fee per week thereafter.
  • Customers must prepay for the plants and any hold fees by card over the phone or through an emailed invoice. Hold fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have not picked up your plants by the time agreed upon, we will give you a call to check in. You can either:
    • have us refund your credit and restock the items (less the non-refundable holding fee), or
    • have us continue holding your plants, with any additional holding fees applied.

Please note: sale items are not eligible for call-in holds.
