Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus) , large multi-stem shrub or small tree with palmate aromatic foliage and lavender-blue late-summer flower spikes that pollinators love. Mediterranean-character specimen.

Full sun suits this species. Plant in well-drained; tolerates lean conditions soil. Hardy USDA Zone 6 to 9. Drought-tolerant once established. Cut back hard in late winter for best flower display. Generally trouble-free.
