Care Notes

Amend soil to acid pH 4.5-5.5 with peat and sulfur before planting; test pH annually. Plant two or more cultivars for cross-pollination to improve fruit set. Prune in late winter, removing the oldest canes to the ground to renew. Watch for mummy berry and Spotted Wing Drosophila; use bird netting to protect fruit.
