Care Notes

Grow in constantly wet, acidic, nutrient-poor soil; use a peat-sand mix or pure sphagnum. Do NOT fertilize. Use only rainwater or distilled water; tap water minerals will kill the plant. Keep a water tray filled to 1-2 inches year-round except during hard freeze. Cut back dead pitchers in late winter.
