Raphanus sativus 'Easter Egg Blend' (Radish)

Easter Egg Blend is a mix of globe radish varieties selected for their rainbow of exterior colors: red, white, rose pink, purple, and bi-color combinations. Sown together, they mature over a slightly staggered window and produce a harvest basket that looks as good on the counter as it tastes in a salad. The flesh inside is consistently white, crisp, and mildly peppery, with that satisfying snap that fresh spring radishes are known for.

Radishes are one of the fastest crops in the kitchen garden, typically ready to harvest in 25 to 30 days from seeding.
