About This Plant

'Sophistica Lime Bicolor' is one of the most unusual and designer-friendly petunias you'll find, and it's become a sought-after plant among gardeners who want something genuinely different. The large, trumpet-shaped blooms, 3 to 4 inches across, open in a combination of lime-chartreuse and soft rose-blush that shifts with temperature and light through the season.

Plants grow upright and bushy to about 15 inches tall with a more compact, mounded habit than spreading petunias. Full sun and regular feeding bring the best blooming. The color temperature response means coastal gardeners with cool, bright summers tend to see especially beautiful rose-heavy tones.

'Sophistica Lime Bicolor' is a natural in mixed containers where its unusual coloring bridges warm and cool palette plants at the same time.
