About This Plant
'Margarita Pink Flare' is a soft, romantic African daisy with a color story that changes as each bloom matures. The petals open in warm pink, then gradually fade toward blush and near-white at the tips, all set against a deep purple center eye that anchors the whole flower. Plants stay compact at 10 to 14 inches tall.
Full sun, good drainage, and regular deadheading are the keys to keeping 'Pink Flare' blooming from late spring through fall. The flowers close at night and in overcast conditions, which is simply the plant's nature. Deer and rabbits tend to leave it alone.
Use 'Margarita Pink Flare' in mixed seasonal containers, cottage-style borders, or as a long-blooming edging plant.
