Care Notes

Plant in moist, well-drained, fertile soil. Site where airflow is good to reduce black spot and powdery mildew. Mulch to keep roots cool and moisture even. Watch for aphids and rose rosette disease. Feed in spring and after the first major bloom flush. In sheltered coastal sites, salt spray is generally tolerated.
