About This Plant
Cornus Variegata (Dogwood), 'Dogwood' is valued in the landscape for character, form, and seasonal interest.
Variegated dogwood cultivar , cream-edged or gold-margined leaves on a graceful small flowering tree or shrub.
Full sun to part shade suits this species. Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Hardy USDA Zone 5 to 8. Watch for dogwood anthracnose and borer on stressed trees. Mulch to keep roots cool.
The PNW native dogwood is Cornus nuttallii (Pacific Dogwood).
